Spring Break

Okay so this last week we had no plans really but managed to stay fairly busy. On this outing every stop we snagged the parking spot right beside a handicap parking spot.

Retha told me about a site that gives you free music if your library subscribes to it, & ours does, wh-hoo!!

Helping Hands is one of my fave thrift stores around, however since it's in Bentonville I don't visit to often. Snagged some good bargains for some Pinterest Pins, now just to make them.

Retha's birthday is Monday so we celebrated with cake & ice cream.

Retha's driver license needed renewed & so we went to the Rogers location, however the DL person had left for lunch & we didn't want to take a # so we went to the Olive St location. It had moved so once we located it on our handy smart phone maps we realized it was over VERY close to Helping Hands, thus the reason we stopped in.

It snowed like crazy on the first full day of Spring. I tried capturing the snow falling in the background while the birds ate, but it didn't work out well.

Another thrift store had these paper packs for only $1.00 & a friend told me about them. Thanks April!!

Stephanie is 18

We had the family over for Steph's birthday & I forgot to take any photos of cake or the birthday girl with the cake. I just started cutting cake. After about 5 pieces she asks "Aren't you gonna sing Happy Birthday?" awwww I totally forgot that too. So not going to win Mom of the Year this year :)
Then we have a few friends over the evening after her birthday for a sleepover & I redeem myself. I remembered to get photos of cake, her with cake, & we sung Happy Birthday (before the cake was cut).

Photos on my iPhone again. I'm tellin' ya I take almost ALL photos with my phone.

Here are just a few of the hundreds of photos in my iPhone. I always have my phone handy & I really like the quality of photos. It prints really nice 4x6 snapshots. With the Shutterfly & Snapfish apps its a snap to upload/order. Yes I do order the photos on a regular basis so in case something bad happens to my phone (um....like me tossing in into washer with a load jeans again) I won't loose many photos.
First up is a photo of my best friends oldest daughter & Logan when they were young. Shani's dad brought it in to show me one say at work. Lol. I think Shani dressed Logan up & was pretty proud.
